Ownership of 450 gallons of untaxed whisky, seized Monday by state board of equalization officers in a raid at Broderick, has been traced to George Corona of Broderick. Elwood Squires, liquor enforcement officer for this district, revealed Thursday. Squires has sworn out a warrant for Corona’s arrest. Corona is a brother-in-law of A. “Butch” Lenci, who was arrested Monday and who has been in trouble many times on liquor charges. Squires declared that proof of Cor ona’s ownership of the untaxed liquor has been established, and upon his arrest he will be turned over to fed eral officers. The cache of 450 gallons of liquor was discovered in a small cottage at the rear of the home of F. R. “Tug” Wilson, former Broderick constable. Wilson had rented out the small build ing and had not been living in the other house for some time.
