Maibauer Was Acquitted.I William Maibauer of Medary-: ville, who was arrested at South ! Bend last week, charged withi: being a “white slave” trafficer,| was tried in the city court in that place and was acquitted because there was not sufficient evidence produced to prove the4\ charges against him. He wasj given his release and is now at:| home. The many friends of his | aged parents are glad to know that the young man has been acquitted of the very serious ! charges preferred against him.
