Personal.—Our old fellow-townsman Thomas Bissett, Esq , starts this morning ou i bis way towards his native Scotland, and t last eveniug gave a blow out to several of t his friends an i acquaintances, and they to-r getlier pledged mutual faith and friendship in many a glass of Hiedsieck. We wish Torn 1 a pleasant trip to the bonny banks of Ayer.
