Tower, of Greenville. Mich-closed deal yesterday through R. M. Marshall for the purchase of the George Lizotte grove, near Lealman for $20,000. The property conauts of 26 acres, half of which Is planted in crange and grapefruit trees and a six-room bungalow. Mr. Tower, who is the owner of electric plants and steel mills in Michigan, is here fo: his first season, but plans to retire from active business and como here to live permanently.The sale of this property means that George Lizotte will begin plans at once for the rebuilding of his hotel at Pass-a-Grllle, which was de stroyed by flro one year ago In March. Mr. Lizotte has been longing to return to the hotel business In Pass-a-Grllle since the fire and the sale of this property, it is said, will enable him to do so.The grove property near Lealman has been owned by Mr. Lizotte for several years and the grove was ] planted nine years ago by Mrs. Llz-' otte who has given it her personal attention/
