Mr. Thomas A. Bingham died in Ilex Hospital in Raleigh early Tuesday morning, March 31st, from the effects of a carbuncle which started on him about fourweeks ago. He had been selling sewing machines in thin county with his headquarters here until three weeks ago he pave up that work and moved to Middlesex, a new town between Wilson and Raleigh* anil started a small mercantile business. He lefthere unwell and gradually grew worse mo il a week ago be was carried tn Raleigh for t reatment. Nothing could he done to save his liferile liodv was buried in ^tnith- ,j liebl cemetery Wednesday at 4 * o'clock the funeral being preached bv Rev. ,1. II. Shore atSmithfMdMethodist church.
