Simpson, for the benefit of your orator, against the said iU’Lauren, by confession, for the sum of $54,50 debt, fj and costs, before a Justice of the Peace; that there is no personal property belonging to said M’Lauren subject to Execution; and setting forth that said M’Jduti-rcii has an eqi table interest in the following described land, being all that pad of Lois, No. IS and 16, lying north of the Granger road, so called, m the 4th section of Huron township, in qua.nt.iLy one hundred acres—being land contracted by said YVjnthropto Richard Morril, andas-signod by said Morril to said M’Lauron; Unit said Winthrop resides in the Statu ofNew York, that said iU’Lauren lias an equitable interest in said land to the value of $500, and that said complainantshave the interest in said Judgment, and praying that the equitable interest in saidland bo sold to aritisfy said Judgment._Therefore notice is hereby given to said Winthrop of the pendency of said bill.E.
