Phoebus, at the State Capitol, in Annapolis, Wednesday evening of last week.The Rotarians were present at anHtawlt;afternoon tea at the Executive Man-ieision at which Governor and Mrs. Nice were their hosts. Following the tea the Senator’s guests attended a dinner, with the Annapolis Rotary Club, at Carvel Hall, at which the Governor and numerous members of the Maryland Senate were present.Senator Phoebus acted as toastmaster at the dinner and introduced various members of the Senate and Governor Nice, who made short talks to the assembled group.The gathering at Annapolis was the outcome of an invitation extended by Senator Phoebus to the various clubs which was made known at the regular meeting of the local club, at the Washington Hotel, in Princess Anne, Tuesday evening, March 23.Messrs.
