Toogood removed from Minnesota to his farm near Colfax, in '88 and lias not seen a failure of crops, saying :My wheat has averaged 15 bushels ; corn, 40 ; barley from 80 to 50; oats, 40 ; timothy does fair, millet, big.Mr. Toogood has 00 acres under cultivation, good farm buildings and farm well stocked. Thinks that sheep and diversified farming just the thing for that section of the county—that a man could not do better anywhere. Mr. Toogood hasbeen school clerk and justice of the peace.*4t*T TTI
