‘BY Vi r I tie of a licence from the Court of Probate in and for the County of Crawford, Wisconsin Territory, I shall offer for sole .at public vendue, at the court house in the town of Fond du Lac, in the county of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin Territory, on Monday the 20th day of April next, all the right, title and interest, Pierre Pauquette, late of said Crawford county,| had, at the lime of his, dejth, in and to sections eleven, (11) twelve (12) jand thirteen (13) of Township fifteen (15) north, of range seventeen (17) east of the 4th principal Meridian, in Wisconsin. These lands were granted to Pierre Pauquette, by the Treaty between the Uniled States and the Winnebago Indians, as hall'breed lands, September 15, 1-832, and patented to said Pauquette by the President of the* United States, January 25, 1843, Also, will be sold, by virtue of the same licence, in the same manner, at the door of the Capitol in MadUon, Dane County, Wisconsin, on Monday the 27th day of April next, all the right, title and interest of sjid P. Pauquette, in and to sections eighteen (18) and twenty (20) of township eight (8) north, of range eight (8) east cf the 4th principal Meridian. These two sections were granted to said Pauquette by the Treaty of August 1st, 1829, and patented, as afarsnid, August 20th, 1845.Also, at the same time find place, in Madison, sections twenty-eight (28) and thirty-three (33) of Township eight (8) north of Range right (8) cast, 4th principal Meridian; and section eighteen (18) of township seven (7) North, of Range eight (8) East, These three last sections were granted to other persons, by the treaty of 1829, who deeded them to said Pauquette, with the President’s assent to two cf them; i. c. sec. 2S, town 8 and sec. 18, town 7.The hours of sale at each of the above named places, will be between 9 o’clock A- M. and 4 o’clock P. M. The lands will bn sold in any legal sub-divisions as low as 40 acres to suit purchasers. The terms of sale will be one half the purchase money to be paid down, the other half in six months. An article of agreement will be given to purchasers on the payment of the first instalment, and b dued will be given on lire payment of the whole.
