I would achieve that professionalism by explaining the operation of the district attorney’s office to the public.” He said he would make use of the media for this purpose.Esquibel said he would like to see the recreation of a Metro Squad.He said that if he were district attorney, he would devote time to informing agencies in the county on the proper legal procedures for arrests and investigations. He said he realizes that the district attorney’s office “does not stand alone. and that he would need the cooperation of the public and police agencies to perform his job.
