Carl M. BergSTRUM — Carl M. Berg, 60, of 413 Film St., died Saturday at his home. He was a meat cutter at Hobbe s IGA in Strum.Mr. Berg was born March 2, 1914. at Mondovi and married Agnes Johnson in 1940 at Strum where he had since resided He was a veteran of world WarII.Surviving are his wife; one son, Robert Berg, Black River Falls; one daughter, Mrs. Stewart Dodge, Augusta; two sisters, Miss Irene Berg, Eau Claire, Mrs. Hazel Knuth, Wisconsin Rapids; two brothers, Paul Berg, Winona, George Berg, Mondovi; and one granddaughter.Services will be at 2 p.m.Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Strum, with the Rev. Luther Mon-son officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery. The VFW will conduct a flag service at graveside.Friends may call at the church chapel after 4 p.m. Monday and at the church prior to services. The casket will not be open.Arrangements by Of-tedahl Funeral Home.
