Arthur C. WagnerArthur Chester Wagner.89. of 6572 North Shore Dr.,died Sunday at his home.He was born May 12, 1884,at New Holstein.Mr. Wagner marriedMary Clara Bowe May 20.1913, at Edgar.They moved to Neillsvillein 1920 where they operated the Wagner Cafe and moved to Tomah in 1947 where they owned and operated the Ford garage.In 1951. they moved to Eau Claire and operated the Midway Bowl from 1954 to 1970. He was a former member of the Moose, Kiwanis and Rotary in Neillsville and of the Eagles Club at Midway.Surviving are his wife; three sons, Chester, Kenneth and Arthur Wagner, all of Eau Claire; one daughter, Mrs. George Bleskachek, Menomonie; 19 grandchildren and 20great-grandchildren.Funeral services will beat 10a.m. Wednesday at theProck Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at St. Olaf’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Myron Meien officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.Friends may call from 2 p.m. Tuesday until services Wednesday at Prock’s. A Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
