Selmer M. AlveyBRUCE — Selmer M. Alvey, 67. died Saturday at Rhinelander Hospital.Mr. Alvey was born in Bruce, April 17, 1906, and married Ema Clouts Oct. 21, 1928, in Superior. He worked for the Abbot Creamery in Bruce and as a car salesman. He was a member of the Bruce chapter of the Masonic Lodge.He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. William Gourdoux, Rhinelander; a brother, Robert, San Diego, Calif.; and five grandchildren.Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Gruce Federated Church with theRev. Carl Booker officiating.Masonic services will be held at 8 p.m. Monday at the Mirr Funeral Home.
