Thomas E. Snooks (BS, MS Electrical Engineer* Jng, *63) joined Planning Research Corporation Systems Sciences Company as director, military systems analysis in. the firm’s Los Angeles office. He is responsible for managing new business development for the company’ssystems analysis area. Recently he was director of the data processing and analysis group at LTV Aerospace-Kcntron. He completed his doctorate level course work in statistical communications theory, studying aniennas, scattering theory, physics and math.
