LEAVE TODAY FOR CONFERENCERev, James II. E. Carter, pastor of John Wesley (colored) Methodist Epis copal Church, South, and Robert P. Johnson, a member of the conference finance committee, will leave this morning for Baltimore to attend the Washington Conference, which will be held In the Sharp street church. Rev. Carter has had a highly successful year in Harrisonburg, receiving 58 prsons into church membership during the twelve months and raising in all $1,400.o
