Just frtu Russia.KoDrad Kraft, a brother of Peter Kraft, with several other persona, arrived at Eureka last week from Russia. Next week several other German families will arrive from Russia. They intend to lo-cute in Emmons county. Konrad Kraft says that at least a quarter of the people in the neighborhood he came from have not sufficient food, and that a great deal of poverty prevails, caused by the failure of last year's crsp. Mr. Krafi says that it will be a difficult problem to devise means by which to keep the destitute people from starvation.
