Port Command in Yokohama advised families scheduled to report aboard the U.S. transports Generals Patrick and Sultan today and tomorrow that the two ships are now riding out the typhoon at sea. These persons have been placed on 24-hour notice as to revised sailing time. Families arriving at the Yokohama RTO will be provided billets, others who have cleared their quarters are advised to contact their base billeting officer.
