Edgar Tharp IIITOKYO, Sept. 12 (SS)—Monstrous Typhoon June continued relentlessly toward southern Japan today and Japanese authorities and American military installations rushed preparations to meet the impending blow.Tokyo Weather Central said fringe winds up to 60 miles an, hour would probably hit, Kyushu tomorrow, with the full force of the typhoon hitting Tuesday.
