Edgar Tharp IIITOKYO, Sept. 12 (SS)—Monstrous Typhoon June continued relentlessly toward southern Japan today and Japanese authorities and American military installations rushed preparations to meet the impending blow.Tokyo Weather Central said fringe winds up to 60 miles an, hour would probably hit, Kyushu tomorrow, with the full force of the typhoon hitting Tuesday. This morning June was 290 miles east-southeast of Okinawa on a northwesterly track still carrying potent winds of 140 miles an hour at its center.(UP said fringe winds of 35miles an hour struck Kyushu;yesterday, and ten-foot wavesbroke minor breaches in a seawall on southern Honshu.■ *I (Continued on Page 16, Col. 4)* * * •
