THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28, 1999Court upholds four death sentencesBy MIKE CRISSEYThe Associated PressAUSTIN — The Tfexas Court of Criminal Appeals Wednesday upheld the death sentences of four inmates, including a San Antonio man whose footprints left a trail of evidence for investigators.The court ruled against the appeal of Richard Hinojosa, who was convicted of the 1994, rape and stabbing death of Terry Wright, 29, of San Antonio.The court also denied appeals by:• Kenneth Eugene Bruce, who was convicted of the Dec. 10, 1990, robbery and murderof Helen Ayers, of Prosper.• Eugene Broxton, who was convicted of the 1991 shooting ofSheila Dockens, a 20-year-old Louisiana resident who was visiting Houston with her husband. + James Lee Henderson, con-rvieted of the 1993, burglary-shooting of Martha Lennox in Red River Comity.
