Legal Notices.SHERIFF’S SALE.-By virtue of certain writs of execution issued out of the City Court of Yonkers, and to rae directed and delivered, I have levied upon and taken, and I shall expose for sale, as the law directs, at the frontdoor of Manor Hall, in the city of Yonkers, Westchester County, and State of New York, on Tuesday, tlie twenty-ninth (29tli) day of November, 1881, at ten o’clock in the forenoon of that day, all the right,title, and interest which Joslah ltich had on the 20th day of November, 1875, or at any time thereafter, of, in, and to the following described property, to wit :All those certain pieces or parcels of land situate in the town and city of Yonkers, Westchester County, New York. The flrst, in the ThirdWard of said city, bounded as follows : Beginning at a point distant one hundred feet northerly from the northerly line of Wells avenue, measured at right angles thereto, which place ol beginning is also distant one hundred and sixty-two feet and ten inches westerly from the westerly side of Atherton street, measured at right angles thereto : and running thence noriheust-erly, parallel with the easterly property line of the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad Company, one hundred and sixty-two feet ; thenne westerly, at right angles to Atherton street, until it comes to the said easterly property line of the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad Company; thence southwesterly, along said property line, until it comes to land late of George Frazier; thence easterly, along said land .of Frazier, about seventeen feet : thence northeasterly, still along said land late of George Frazier, to a potnt distant one hundred feet northerly from the northerly line or Wells avenue, measured at right angles thereto; and theuce easterly, parallel with Wells avenue, about sixteen feet, to the place of beginning.Thp qui'nnil.
