A STUDY IN GOVERNMENT AND POLITICS.I •The above sum has been set aside by THE COMMERCIAL TRIBUNE, to be distributed as awards to the subscribers of THE COMMERCIAL TRIBUNE or WEEKLY GAZETTE who estimate the total vote cast in the State of Ohio for PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES at the election to be held November 8th, 1904.THE FIRST AWARD IS INCREASED TO$25,000.The special award for the exact estimate between OctobeT i and November 8 has been withdrawn and added to th$ original first award for the nearest I estimate, making a total first award of $25,000.If there is a tie an the estimate of two or more subscribers for any one of the ten leading awards, or for the special award of $10,000, the amount thereof will be equally divided.In case of the $10 and $5 awards, each of the next nearest estimators will receive $10 and $5 respectively.Note carefully the time your estimate must reach this office to 'be considered.
