(AP) -Plymouth State College's new campus radio station as a fully-equipped, closed circuit, carrier] current facility is on the air. The station is operated by the Plymouth State College Radio Club.The new outlet will operate at limited capacity until all residence and student eenter cabling is completed. It had its first full day of broadcasting Sunday. It has applied for the call letters WPCR.The general manager of the station is Jeffrey Keene of Plymouth, a senior majoring in social science.
