Mrs. Flood was unanimously elected Regional Director, North Atlantic Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha succeeding Mrs. Emma Brinkley of Philadelphia who has held the office some four and a half years with unstinted success. The election was held at the 28th Annual North Atlantic Regional Conference held at Delaware State College in Dover.
