Scarborough. and Mellille Thompson. 14. a grade eight student at the j Senior Pubii£ School in Weston i were selec^fc by the judges as the provincial semi-final oratorical contest winners. They competed with eight other outstanding speakers, all of whom were district finalists in public speaking from Metro senior public separte and private elementary I schools.They will represent some 262.-000 students in Metropolitan Toronto schools who have tak-I en part in oratorical contests I this year, when they speak in the Ontario final oratorical contest for senior grade school students on Monday.
