Mr. and Mrs. T. L. Maitland, sr., Mrs. Tommy Maitland and baby, accompanied Mr. and Mrs. V. M. Gerht and daughters and son to Minneapolis Saturday where they attended the funeral of the former's grandson, Thomas M. Muit-lund whose accidental death occurred a week ago Sunday at Ft. Lewis, Wash. They returned to Nashua ihe same day, and Sunday morning, Mr. and Mrs. Gehrt returned to their home at Brad-gate, Iowa. Mrs. J. S. Peterson and son of Storm Lake, Tommy Maitland, jr., and Mrs. Laura Crooks and sons who had gone to Minneapolis earlier in the week, returned to Nashua Monday noon,they having gone to Parker’sPrairie, Minn., where interment was made Sunday.
