lea oy ujb tourer.University of Minnesota students won both first and second prizes in the Harris political science essay contest, competed for annually by collegemen in Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa and Indiana, it was announced by the judging committee at Northwestern University. Herbert Lefkovitz won first prize of $150 with an essay on “The Influence of the World War on CapitalGovernment in Great Britain.
