The ftniiiial meeting of the stockholders of the V. G. R. road was held in the company’s Office in this city, Tuesday, at which M. E. Ingalls, B. S. Cunningham, A. R. Forsyth, John E. Robbins, ^Warder Hamilton, Frank J. Hall, and Horace Scott were elected Directors. The Directors then selected Horace Scott, President; Ottrtez Ewing, Secretary; E. F. Osborn, Trttnrar.
