Mr. and Mrs. Brady are here to spend the holidays with relatives, Mr. Brady being a former resident ofAustin. Mr. Brady is interested in j the decision of the court of criminal appeals in the Leon Martinez. Jr., case the latter having been convicted of the murder of Miss Emma Brown near Pecos some time ago. The court Is expected to act on this case shortly.
