A Suro-m.nch. of Asquith, reports the narrow-escape of his wife anti himself from death today, near Dunfermline. lie says a youth of 17 flred a shot which passed beneath Mrs. Summach s chin and lodged in his coat, evldemly spen-Mrs. Summach saw the boy tire the shot Giving chase, Mr. Sumtr.ach 'caught the lad under a verandah of a nearby house.
