Seamen Presumed DeadKAGOSHIMA, Japan, Aug. 23 (Kyodo)—The Maritime Safety Board has virtually given up hope for 13 crewmen missing since the 46-ton fishing boat Ho. 2 Sakae Maru sank during Typhoon Grace.Thirty-two other seamen from the stricken vessel were rescued by MSB patrol boats. The ship sank Aug. 17 off Kagoshima Prefecture.
