Miss Clayton filed her action under their private life names, Ethel Koss and Macauley Ross.Miss Clayton charged Keith became, intoxicated last Christmas and hurled crockery and furniture at her. On other occasions, the complaint added, he displayed a violent temper toward her with friends present.’
