Morgan group one of cameras to be used in the telecasting.West Monroe UHF Channel On Air Todayi • •As of Friday, two candidates for the special election for seat on the West Monroe Board of Aldermen have been qualified by the Municipal Democratic Executive Committee of West Monroe, according to Harold Hill, chairman.The two qualified so far are Sam Yeager and William C. Rocha.Deadline for qualifying is 5 p.m. Monday, Hill said.
