The KTLI corporation will own station KC1X-TV ip Boise,IuniHaat'finSixty per cent of the, KTLI, Tnc,miSOIarlt;onstock vwll be owned by KBLI, Inc., which also owns Pocatello's KTLI* TV and1 fcadio station KBLT in Blacfcfoot. Capitalization for KTLI was listed at *530,000.Johnson said KCIX in Boise and KTLE in Pocatello wit! be ‘'sisterfoilo’avclmststations.” He said the stations willlraoffer “package” contracls to national advertisers and hope to obtain better programming ihrough the more attractive offer of being able to cover “most of western and eastern Idaho.He said the stations will be able to beam their programs to one another.
