By 3 a.m. tomorrow it should be centered in west-central Honshu, they said. Winds at that point should not exceed 90mph, the forecasters added.The typhoon may pass to the north of Tokyo sometime Saturday, the storm experts said. Hain showers and gusts of wind up to 50 miles an hour are predicted for the Tokyoarea.
