If you’ve dreamed of being a TV star, this could be your chance. Requirement: You’ve got to love kids. KXRM, Channel 21, isholding open auditions for a host for their Fox Kids’ Club. The person chosen will make special public appearances as well as appear on air during children’s programming. Applicants should be able to create a television character, perform on camera, and be 16 or older. Auditions are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 25 at KXRM, 6050 Edison Ave,, off East Highway 24, next to Ampex. Kuzava, the brother of Denver KOA Radio’s Steve Kelley, is now known on the air as MikeKelley.Jenkias, who has been with KRDO since graduating from the University of Southern Colorado in 1986, will be a general assignment reporter at the Tribune Broadcasting station.PBS CHANNEL 8:Viewers who haven’t been able to receive KTSC, Channel 8, on non-cable UHF since it was taken off Chan nel 63 in June can receive itover the air on Channel 16beginning today. This doesn’t affect people with cable or those who watch the station on Channel 8. In Manitou Springs, KTSC returns to Channel 7 over the air. UHF problems: call 528-5060.
