Gaver will likely appeal his conviction, according to an attorney.Motions filed on behalf of Gaver, 56, argue that the evidence against him was not sufficient to sustain a guilty verdict, according to court documents.A jury found Gaver guilty of eight counts of bank fraud and two counts of money laundering after a seven-day trial in U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
