EARL N. DREGEMay 29,1920 ~ Sept. 26,2004Earl Norman Drege, 84 of Lodi, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2004 in his home after a brief illness. He was born on May 29, 1920 in Rugby, N.D. Earl was one of eight children of Sjur and Torborg Drege. Earl moved to Lodi at an early age. In 1954 he began working for his brother in law, Ruben and Gertie Bentz of Associated Tractor in Stockton and worked there for approximately 20 years.Earl was a member Lodi SIRS, an avid golfer at Micke Grove Golf Course and loved to travel. He also enjoyed having dinners with ,his nieces and nephews and their families. He also enjoyed meeting with h.s friends for morning coffee I daily. jHe was preceded in death I by his parents, 3 brothers; | Casper, Orville and Sam I Drege and 3 sisters; Gertie I Bentz, Thelma Weigand and I Lorraine Drege. He is | survived by one sister; Alpha I Derr of Lodi and man | nieces and nephews. IFriends are invited to;I attend funeral services 'I Thursday, Septempat 30, I2004 at W a~m. in the IEvergreen Chapel , -at,J Cherokee Memorial Park. I Visitation hours Wednesday I 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the | Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 Industrial Way at.
