Burial will be in Woodlawn.Mr. Kennedy had been ill about a month. The cause of his death is attributed to overwork and heart disease. During the last term of Supremecourt he tried many important negligence actions, and tbe strain of appearing in court day after day 'impaired his health. About a month ago his condition became such that the | attending physician ordered him con- ] c fined to his bed. For a lime he rallied 1 * and his recovex \ was expected when he suddenly crew worse.
