She was 89.Mrs. DeArmond, who was the widow of Andrew Goodrich DcAr-mond. was a graduate of West Chester State Teachers College. She organized the .ji imary department of a community Sunday School in Swarthmore -in years ago.. She was a charter member cf the SwarLh-more Presbyterian Church and was active for many years in the various j10 women’s organizations and the Christian Endeavor of the church.During one of the laic Billy Sunday's revival meetings in Philadelphia, she wrote a hymn, “If Your j Heart Keeps Right, which is used I in churches throughout the country, j She also was author of another I well-known hymn, “Good Might, j Goccl Morning .”Surviving arc four children, Miss Linda DeArmond. with whom shewtD:loA,fodttroflifeJlDlived, and Mrs. Rosalie Larson, of r(Boston, and Herbert and Louis Dc-Armond. .PS
