She was a graduate of Deerfield High School and Whitewater Normal School. Agnes taught in the Brod-head. Brooklyn, and Elmwood schools before teaching kindergarten in her home at Belleville. On June 20. 1931. she was united in marriage to Harley Rasmussen. The couple lived in Belleville for over sixty years before retiring to Madison. Floyd married the former Helen Stump in Rockford, Illinois on May 21. 1936. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on May 21, 1986. She married Jerome Rubinson on October 7. 1942. They traveled throughout the world during his military career, returning to Madison in 1962. She was employed by the State of Wisconsin from 1966 until her retirement in 1987. She was a volunteer at the Senior Center. She is survived by three sons, Gregory (Sandra) of Butte Des Morts.
