Kil-larney, Manitoba, Frederick Charles Hagyard, aged 91 years of Pilot Mound, beloved husband of the late Mary Hagyard. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 13th, at 2:00 p.m. in the Pilot Mound United Church. Rev. A. R. Lucy officiating. Burial to follow in the family plot Pilot Mound Cemetery. Mr. Hagyard was born in Ontario, and was the oldest registered member of the Canadian Order of Foresters in jr Manitoba, in which he had ^ been verv active until recent years. He farmed for forty-five years, both in Ontario and in the Londsborougb School District, retiring in 1936. He was keenly interested in municipal and civic affairs, being a member of the Londsborougb School Board for many years. He was also a councillor for Ward I Rural Municipality of Louise, and for a period was councillor for the town of Pilot- Mound. A member of the United Gram Growers, and also the Pilot Mound United Church .r Left to mourn-are four sons,-John Mil* ;ton of La Riviere. Jim of Kil-larney, George and Ross, both of the Londsborougb district, two daughters, Mrs. M. A. (Elizabeth)' Boole of Londsborough and Mrs. R. (Vera) Black of Holmfield, one brother Thomas Foster Hagyard of Pilot Mound, eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. A son Clifford, predeceased him in 1959.
