DR. RUSSELL MACKENZIE PERKINS B.Sc., M.D., F.R.C.P.(C)Suddenly at his home in Toronto, April 29,1983 at the age of 42.Dr. Perkins was borft InWinnipeg. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1961 and from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Manitoba| in 1966. He was a Fellow of the Royal College of Physic-: ians and Surgeons of Canada, received a degree of! Anaesthesiology in 1971,' Had been on staff at Toronto! Western Hospital since 1971, He had a keen Interest in1 boating and sailing and was a member of the Canadian Power Squadron.Survived by his mother1 an.d father, Mr. and Mrs, Perkins of Winnipeg; one' brother Dr. Garth Perkins and wife Sheila of London, Ont. and a large family of aunts, uncles and cousins, There will be a Requiem Mass at 2:60 p.m. Saturday, May 7 at St. Michael and All Angels Church (Anglican), 300 Hugo St. at Mulvey.Flowers gratefully declined.If so wished donations may be made in memory to St. Michael and Ail Angels Endowment Fund.
