A. Weitrick of Washington and JE. White of Wellman. The work wasw 8. Withrow were held at the courtroom Thursday afternoon at two oclock, being conducted by the mem- i bors of the Henry County Bar association. There were several friends present and the attorneys with whom hewas associated were present.Appropriate remarks were made concerning the legal and daily life of JudgeWithrow, former member of the Bfound bench by Attorneys H S. Galer,Clifford Vance, Max Kinney, F S, Finley and J. V C»ravput on by the local degree staffs for the Washington lodge and visitors accompanied the candidates here were: D. R, Turnipseed. Guy Traux. C. A Ruebsam, Ralph Zeck, Axel Anderson, C. L Brannon, Leek Wade, Geo. Schneider. M. D. See and Earl Nicola of Washington; the later holds his membership here.Following the conferring of the degrees refreshments of sandwiches, pie a la mode, three kinds of cake andcoffee were served.The following resolutions were adopted in memory of Judge Withrow:The serving committee was Messrs.
