Death Of Mrs. James' Benwick. -«The remains of Mrs. James Benwick of a well known family of early residents of South Grove township, were in terred in the family lot in South Grove cemetery on Thursday.. Mrs. Benwick died at her home in Bockford on Tuesday after a long period of ill health during which she had suffered from an affection of the heart.Her maiden name was Bosina Beck-*er, and she was a native of Delaware county, N. Y, She was married in 1861 to James Benwick, who became a resident of this county in 1850. They removed many years ago to Bockford. Mrs. Benwick was a sitter of the late John T. Becker and an aunt of E. E. Becker of Sycamore. \
