Kady B. Faulkner rites were held in WisconsinFuneral services were on May 10 in Kenosha, Wis., for Kadv B. Faulkner, former•rUniversity of Nebraska art professor, who died May 7 after a long illness.A native of Syracuse, N.Y., Miss Faulkner, 76, joined the NU staff in 1930 as a professor of drawing and painting. She held bachelor and master of fine arts degrees from Syracuse University. She resigned in 1950 and took a teaching position at KemperHall, an Episcopalian girls school in Kenosha, where she taught until her ietirement in1972.In the 1930s, Miss Faulkner was commissioned by the U.S. Treasury to paint a mural for the Valentine Post Office. She was elected national president of Delta Phi Delta, an honorary art fraternity, in 1946Miss Faulkner has no survivors. She was preceded in death by her sister, Marjorie Faulkner, who died in 1975.
