LAWYER'S INCORRECT WILL.Mr. James Mew, of King's Bench Walk,Temple, and of Hatheriey-road, Sidcup, JKcnt, barrister-ai-Jaw, who died on February 25 last, ! aged 76 vears, left estate of the gross value of £42,020/of which £41,899 is net personalty, | Mr, Mew left the ultimate residue of his propertyas to one-eighth to the British Museum Library lor the purchase of Rabbinic andArabic books, fand as to seven-eighths to the Clothworkers Company ior annuities for aged persons.His will, dated February 2, 1911, is written in his own hand and on an ordinary sheet of foolscap, but, as in the case of several well-known lawyers who have made their own wills, it wasnecessary to procure an affidavit (with respect to , the attestation clause) from the witnesses before obtaining probate of the said will. j
