Ex-Mayor Price Dead.Clinton, July 27.—Richard Price, one of the most prominent residents of Clinton, was found dead on a lounge at his home yesterday afternoon, he having died of heart disease, unattended.[Mr. Price was born at Slaptown, England, Aug. 13, 1824. He came to America in 1842, served in the Mexican war, and went to Clinton iu 1S59, where he has since resided. He was prominent in politics as a stanch Republican, serving as alderman of Clinton for twelve years and as mayor forone term. 1 0
