WATSON: The death of Ralph James Watson occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, January 8, 2007.‘ Ralph was born in the Rounthwaite District on April 27, 1926, the son of Walker and Edith Watson. He worked for Imperial Oil in Brandon and later joined the Brandon City Police in 1959, retiring as Detective Sergeant in 1985. Ralph j was a past member of the Brandon Elks having served as Ex-alted Ruler. He also was a past president and past secretary . treasurer as well as life member 1 of the Brandon Legion #3. He was predeceased by; his parents and sister, Dorothy. Ralph will be lovingly remembered by: his wife, Katherine; son, Grant (Shirley) and grandson, Kyle. Ralph is also survived by sisters-in-law Agnes Gamham, and Mary Hlady of Dearborn, ; Michigan, and numerous nieces and nephews. At Ralph’s request no service will be held.
