Canadian National Engineer DiesRussell Thomas Perkins, 66, of 1606 Jessie ave., locomotive engineer with the CNR. for 45 years, died today at his residence. He was born in Huron county, Ont., and came to Winnipeg 21 years ago. j Mr. Perkins was a member of Crescent-Fort Rouge United church1 and of the Brotherhood of Loco-! motive Engineers.He is survived by his widow.
