General JACOB MORTON, fell downdead this morning. lie was in the stove store of Mr. Graham, in conversation with that gentleman, when he fell. Ho was as cheerful and lively os usual—stepped back—foil—and uttered .neither word nor groan. In one minute a physician was by his side, but the vital spark was extinguished.
